Where have I been?!

Seriously! Where have I been?? LOL, first lets start off with, WE HAVE AN APPROVED HOMESTUDY!!! Thank you to everyone who helped make it possible. It couldn't have been done without you! So we were actually matched with an expectant mother and we were ready to head on down the adoption road a little ways but we ended up having to pass. We were not expecting to get matched as soon as we did. So while it was wonderful, it was also awful because we thought we were going to be able to come up with the money but it just didn't happen. We had to pass. The baby was due on Monday. We hope that he or she has a wonderful new home with parents who will love him or her as much as we would have. Today, my sister set up a little Facebook Event asking for everyone to donate $1 and share. I think its awesome. I'd love to see it take over Facebook! If it does happen to go huge, we plan on giving any extra proceeds to helpusadopt.org. I truly admire what they do. Here's the link to the event! Even if you can't help, share it!
